Raised ground floor apartment in a residential area of Luxembourg. This project was carried out entirely remotely, thanks to ongoing collaboration with the owners.

Set within a building from the early 20th century, the property preserves the service rooms at its core while minimizing connecting spaces to enhanc the bedrooms and living area.

The desire to make the living room appear larger and brighter was achieved through the use of natural tones and a barely visible technical lighting system.

In the sleeping area, it was possible to acquire key space to accommodate a double guest bedroom and a room currently dedicated to smart working.
